Today I joined Ryan Fazio and Republican legislative leaders including State Representative Vincent Candelora, in calling on Governor Lamont to veto HB 5340. Connecticut families are already burdened by some of the highest electric rates in the nation. The last thing residents need is legislation that could make energy even more expensive. We should be focused on lowering costs, easing the burden on taxpayers, and making Connecticut more affordable for working families.
