Alexandria Clarimond is a published author and a US Army veteran who was diagnosed with macular degeneration when she was in her early 60s. In this episode, Alexandria talks about her small town upbringing, the inspiration behind her novel, “Sight,” and how faith has helped her manage her diagnosis. If you’re interested in purchasing Alexandria’s novel, you may do so on Amazon, Good Reads, Barnes & Noble and others. The novel asks the question: What if losing one’s sight finally meant being able to see clearly? One of Owl Radio’s volunteers-- Susan Chambers -- narrates the audio book. We will update our website with information on how and where to access the audio book when that becomes available.
