My name is Captain, as in "O Captain! My Captain!", the famous Walt Whitman poem. ⛵️

The only difference? I'm not the captain of anybody yet. I'm still looking for my crew, and I'm hoping you'll be my first mate. Or I'll be yours. As long as we're together. I'm a three-year-old orange and white tabby with a big personality and an even bigger appreciation for people. I'm playful, friendly, and especially fond of the person who gives me pets and head rubs-which could very well be you!

I'd probably approve of a cat tower, a sunny spot, and a little fresh air to enjoy. A scratching post would also be greatly appreciated. But honestly, my wish list is pretty simple: a loving home, a person to adore, and a last name. Yours!

Why hello there, humans, I’m Pablo! 👋

I’m a 7-year-old Chihuahua who came to Woods as a transfer from out of the area after being found as a stray. I’ve been here for a little while now, and while the staff have completely fallen for me, I’m still waiting for the person who will choose me.

I’m a simple guy with a simple wish: a loving home where I can spend my golden years feeling safe, comfortable, and adored.

I love hanging out and cuddling with my people, what’s not to love about that?! When I’m not snuggled up next to my person, you might find me running around, playing fetch, or singing my little heart out.

I may not have that wild puppy energy anymore, but I can still keep up with adventures and would love a family who wants a sweet, fun-loving companion by their side.

Hey there, I’m Buckley!😃

I’m a 2-year-old French Bulldog with a whole lot of personality and plenty of young-dog energy! I LOVE going for car rides, splashing around in the water, and being part of whatever adventure is happening next.

I’m looking for an active person or family who can keep up with my upbeat playful energy. I could use a little training, and guidance as I continue learning how to be my very best boy, but underneath it all, I’m a total sweetheart.

Happy October 1st! 🎃🍁🍂

You know what that means… spooky season is officially here, fall has arrived, and ME?! I’m ready to be someone’s companion!

The name’s Eva, and I’ve been at Woods for a little while now. I’m an 8-year-old Pit Bull mix, and the staff will tell you I’m a pretty big sweetheart.

I love cuddling with my people, snoozing in the sunshine, and heading out for walks! These days, my size makes it a little harder to keep up on walks as much as I’d like, so I’m looking for a forever family who will help me thrive, get healthy, and reach my best self.

What can I say? I love my snacks!
