Homeownership OC We are a HUD Approved nonprofit that provides no cost credit, budget, rental, foreclosure prevention and home buying counseling and education.

Homeownership OC is a nonprofit organization whose mission to promote and preserve the dream of homeownership through outreach, education, counseling and financing. We also provide information on fair housing, down payment program, first time buyer loans and home buyer certificates needed to apply for loan and down payment programs.
