Congratulations to Coach K, our West Seaford Teacher of the Year, and Mr. Bell, our Educational Support Professional of the Year. We are incredibly proud to have them representing West Seaford at the district level and grateful for the dedication, passion, and care they bring to our students each day.

We are especially excited to share that Mr. Bell has been selected as the district’s Educational Support Professional of the Year and will now advance to represent the district at the state level! 🎉

Last week, our West Seaford family celebrated all 156 of our second-grade students as they prepare to transition to third grade. Joined by more than 300 family members, we reflected on the growth, accomplishments, and memories made throughout their K-2 journey.

Many of these students and families have been with us for the past three years, making this milestone especially meaningful. We are incredibly proud of all they have achieved and excited to see where their next chapter takes them.

Once a Blue Jay, always a Blue Jay. 💙💛

The Freeman Arts has a FREE Family Funfest available to you! Freeman Arts has always supported our schools in Seaford and brings us free entertainment each year. Check it out on June 15th and wear your West Seaford gear!

Celebrating Student Creativity & Community Partnerships!

Our West Seaford Elementary students recently participated in a special community art project honoring the 250th Anniversary of the United States. Each student decorated a small red or blue square that became part of a larger patriotic masterpiece.

We are proud to share that the **West Seaford Elementary** flag is now on display at **Community Bank**! ❤️🤍💙

This meaningful project was organized by the Education Committee of the Seaford Historical Society, bringing together students, schools, local businesses, and community organizations to celebrate our nation's history and the creativity of our young artists.

In addition to our school's display, student-created patriotic quilts, hearts, and banners can be found throughout the Seaford community at locations including the Seaford Museum, Golden Eagle Diner, Hardee's, Peninsula Home Health Care, Davelli's, and businesses along High Street.

These beautiful displays are a wonderful example of what can happen when schools and community partners work together. We encourage our families to visit these locations and see the incredible artwork our students helped create.

Thank you to the Education Committee of the Seaford Historical Society and our community partners for providing this unique opportunity and for showcasing student creativity throughout Seaford!

💙💛 **What a Day at Our Second Annual Bubble Burst!** 💛💙

Our Second Annual Bubble Burst was a tremendous success, and we couldn't have done it without the incredible support of our students, families, staff, and community partners!

Thanks to the hard work of our student fundraisers and the generosity of our corporate sponsors, we are excited to announce that we raised **$17,120**! 🎉🫧

These funds will directly support student experiences throughout the upcoming school year, helping provide exciting field trips, engaging activities, and memorable opportunities that enrich learning beyond the classroom.

Thank you to everyone who contributed, donated, cheered on our students, and helped make this event such a special day. Your support makes a lasting impact on our Blue Jays!
