This month, 81,838 Arkansas children are enrolled in Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library—45.4% of children from birth to age five statewide.

Every child in Arkansas from birth to age five is eligible to receive a FREE, high-quality book in the mail every month until their 5th birthday.

Time is running out to apply for Summer EBT! The deadline is August 31. While some families receive Summer EBT automatically, if your child attends a school where all students receive free lunches, you may need to fill out an application so DHS can determine your eligibility based on income and household size.
