Meal Applications & Lunch Balance Assistance🍎

Families, now is a great time to make sure your meal application is completed and turned in, either by submitting the form or completing it online through Lumen.

Whatever your child’s meal status was at the end of last school year will remain in place through October 14. Beginning October 15, accounts will revert to the full-price rate unless a new application has been submitted.

We also still have funds available to provide matching payments toward student lunch balances for families who qualify. If you could use this assistance, please contact your child’s school office and they will be happy to help get everything taken care of.

High school students with incomplete registration forms on Tuesday, September 1, will be placed on the ineligible list for all activities until their forms are completed.

As the school year begins, we’re teaming up with the Seymour Police Department to remind our community about school bus safety.

🟡 See yellow lights? Slow down and prepare to stop.

🔴 See red lights and the stop arm? STOP.

🛑 Never pass a stopped school bus when the stop signal is activated.

Every time you get behind the wheel, remember that a child could be getting on the bus, getting off the bus, or crossing the street.

A few extra seconds could make all the difference. Please stay alert and help us keep our students safe. ❤️

Yesterday, we kicked off our staff back to school meetings, and it was so great having everyone back together! 🐯❤️

We were also excited to celebrate the latest recipients of The Seymour Bank Tiger Pride Debit Card Grant Program! The Seymour Bank presented grants that will directly support our students, classrooms, and staff throughout the school year.

This round of grants will help provide:
- Two Motorola SL300 radios for our school safety department
- Hygiene baskets for classrooms
- Goal attachments for youth basketball
- Supplies for the “Sew Entrepreneurship” program
- Items to support our special education program
- A pitching machine

We are incredibly thankful to The Seymour Bank for investing in our schools and giving our staff the opportunity to bring these ideas and resources to life. Partnerships like this make a difference for our Tigers! 🐯

We can't wait to welcome our Tiger families back for a new school year!

Come meet your teachers, visit classrooms, and get ready for the year ahead.

Computer labs will be open in all buildings to update your child’s information in Lumen.

A reminder for our high school students:
📚 Senior Orientation: 5:00 PM in the HS/MS Library
📚 Freshman Orientation: 6:00 PM in the HS/MS Library
