Our staff is ready to welcome everyone back to school tomorrow morning! Please remember that tomorrow, Wednesday, August 5th, is an early release day for all Shelby Eastern students. Dismissal times are as follows:

● Early Learning: 2:00 PM
● Elementary (K-5): 2:30 PM
● Secondary (6-12): 2:40 PM

All schedules should now be visible in the Parent-Student PowerSchool Portal. If you notice an issue with your child's schedule, please email your school counselor.

The 2026-2027 Free & Reduced-Price Meal Application is now open! Income guidelines change yearly, so even if you didn't qualify before—or qualified through Medicaid/SNAP—you must reapply. Completing an application also unlocks funding for tech, academic support, test fee waivers, and college tuition programs.

📚 School is just around the corner! While we hope you are soaking up these last few weeks of summer, it’s time to make sure your student is ready for day one. Enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year is officially OPEN for all grades.
