Illegal dumping at the Savage Convenience Canister Site.

Reminder: These sites are for household garbage only—the everyday white or black bags we all use. They are not for appliances, concrete, rock, mattresses, couches, brush, trees, tires, animal waste, tanks, super sacks, or any other prohibited items.

The site is clearly posted with “No Dumping – Violators Will Be Prosecuted.” Cameras are in use, and illegal dumping will result in prosecution.

If this continues, the canister site will be closed.

The Richland County Landfill is open Monday–Saturday for proper waste disposal.

If you witness illegal dumping at any canister site, please contact Law Enforcement with the date and time of the incident.
