The Springdale Fire Department is proud to partner with Allegheny Valley Regional EMA and the American Red Cross to help keep our community safe by providing FREE smoke detectors to Springdale Borough residents.

Smoke alarms save lives. More lives are lost every year to home fires than to all major disasters combined. If a fire starts in your home, you may have as little as 2 minutes to escape, making early warning critical.

To schedule your free smoke alarm installation, please contact the American Red Cross at 412-263-5278.
