Today, Mayor Rob Rue, Assistant Mayor Tracey Tackett and Commissioners Andy Rigsbee and Larry Ricketts attended the groundbreaking of the Neighborhood Housing Project's next affordable housing development!

The groundbreaking took place at the 600 block of West Euclid Avenue. The site will have five affordable homes on 1,270 square-foot lots with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garage.

This marks a significant milestone in the City of Springfield and Neighborhood Housing Project's shared commitment to revitalizing the Engaged Neighborhood Plan and expanding access to quality housing.
