Behind every great library is a vision for what it can mean to its community, and these two leaders helped make that vision a reality. ❤️
Pam Vaughn had a vision for what libraries could be—not just in the spaces they create, but in the experiences they offer, the service they provide, and the people they bring together. She led the charge to make that vision a reality in Springville before retiring in 2016.
Dan Mickelson took the reins, building on that commitment with a keen eye for both community needs and opportunities for growth. He has a talent for approaching challenges with a thoughtful, business-minded perspective. His leadership has helped us turn possibilities into progress, continually pushing us to think strategically about how we can better serve our community and what our library can become.
As we celebrate 15 years in this building, we’re celebrating more than a place. We’re celebrating the vision, leadership, and dedication that have helped shape our library into an essential part of our community. ❤️📚
