We’re wrapping up Celebrate Freedom week with wacky attire just because we can and to show we are thankful for enjoying our American freedoms. Our Trailblazers did a wonderful job reciting The Preamble on WDTS this morning. Check out our YouTube channel on the school website to view their performance. More pictures coming soon.

We’ve had quite a busy week so far full of learning and fun. We kicked off celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month, we’re showing off our American pride with Celebrate Freedom Week by dressing in red, white, and blue and a special hat day, and our third graders hosted the Sea to See program to learn about and interact with local sea life. More pictures coming soon.

Congratulations to all of our Student Council candidates for President and Vice President on today's campaign speeches! Every candidate showed the kind of strong leadership that our Student Council is known for, and we're proud of each of you for putting yourselves out there.

We're excited to announce our newly elected Student Council President, Mila DuBose, and Vice President, Kristers Behrmann! Congratulations to you both. We can't wait to see what you accomplish this year.

A huge thank you to the Leon County Supervisor of Elections office for providing ballots, voting booths, and a voting machine, giving our students an authentic voting experience.
