We encourage everyone to get out and vote!
The ESPLOST referendum represents an opportunity to continue investing in Stephens County schools through projects that support safety, technology, facility improvements, transportation, and student opportunities across our district.
Remember, ESPLOST is renewing one-percent sales tax that helps fund major school improvements without increasing property taxes.
Your voice matters, and every vote makes a difference in the future of our schools and community. Let’s show up strong tomorrow!

Zoe plans to attend the University of Georgia in the fall, majoring in exercise science, to pursue a career in sports medicine.

We are proud to announce that Stephens County Schools has been recognized as one of the Top 25 Statewide Safety Vigilance Districts in the GSBA-RMS Workers’ Compensation Fund SchoolDog Safety Program for the 2025-2026 school year!

This recognition highlights the commitment of our schools, administrators, staff, and especially our dedicated SROs who work every day to keep our students and employees safe. Through constant vigilance, teamwork, and a positive approach to school safety, Stephens County Schools earned a $1,000 SchoolDog Safety Grant as part of this statewide recognition.

Safety is not just something we do, it’s part of who we are.

Thank you to our SROs, school leaders, faculty, and staff for making safety a daily priority and for helping create secure learning environments for all students.
