Be careful out there! 🥵☀️

June sometimes brings dangerously hot conditions. The combination of hot temperatures and high humidity combine to create a dangerous situation in which heat Illnesses are possible. Know the signs and symptoms of heat exhaustion and heatstroke.

🔥 Wear lightweight and loose fitting clothing when possible
🔥 Drink plenty of water.

To reduce risk during outdoor work, OSHA recommends scheduling frequent rest breaks in shaded or air-conditioned environments. Anyone overcome by heat should be moved to a cool and shaded location.

Wednesday is craft day, and Roxanne is ready for you. 🎨

Crafting with Roxanne is one of our favorite monthly traditions — a chance to make something fun, sit with good company, and enjoy a little creative time just for you.

This month we are making a bee pollinator watering pot. You'll need the following:
🐝 1-8" o r9" terra cotta pot with saucer
🐝 Marbles to fill the saucer
🐝 Round copper disc to reduce algae groth
🐝 Either Paint or a napkin for the pot
🐝 Mod Podge
🐝 Sponge Brush
🐝 Water

All skill levels welcome. No experience needed. Just show up.
