The Arc of Oklahoma || Wondering what a virtual Caregiver Conversation actually involves? It's simple: a small group of Oklahoma caregivers on Zoom, a few honest questions, and space to answer as much or as little as you want. No preparation, no camera required if you'd rather listen and type.

It's part of 1 Million Caregiver Conversations, a national initiative with , happening Monday, October 5, from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m.

Happy 100th birthday, Winnie-the-Pooh! 🎈

On October 14, 1926, a little bear with a big love of honey showed up in a book. Since then, he's been read at bedtime by parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents.

Pooh never had it all figured out. He just had good friends. Piglet, Eeyore, Tigger and the gang showed up for each other, rain or shine. That's the kind of community we believe in at LIFE.

Early in-person voting for the Nov. 3 elections will begin on Wednesday, Oct. 28, and run through Saturday, Oct. 31.

The hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Oct. 28-30, and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 31.
