KIPP Tulsa KIPP Tulsa is a free, public, open-enrollment, college-preparatory, charter middle and high school.

Together with families and communities, we prepare students with the skills and confidence to pursue the paths they choose —college, career, and beyond. Every day, KIPP students across the nation are proving that demography does not define destiny. Over 85 percent of our students are from low-income families and eligible for the federal free or reduced-price meals program, and 95 percent are African American or Latino. Nationally, more than 95 percent of KIPP middle school students have graduated high school, and more than 85 percent of KIPP alumni have gone on to college.

Help us celebrate Ms. Hicklin, our Teacher of the Year, and Mr. Carr, our Support Staff of the Year! Ms. Hicklin shows up for her 9th English students with high expectations and real care. Mr. Carr is the person students and staff can count on to step in and help, every time.

In honor of Tulsa Area United Way Day of Caring, served at our KIPP Middle School while volunteered at our KIPP High School, helping us complete projects across both campuses.

We’re grateful for every volunteer who gave their time and energy so we can continue focusing on what matters most: serving our KIPPsters, families, and community. Thank you for being part of the work! 🙌🏾

This is what real community partnership looks like. It’s more than giving our students a tool they can use in the classroom. It’s showing them that people beyond our school walls believe in their education, their growth, and everything waiting for them in the future.
