The City of Underwood has given us a sign on the north side of old hwy 83 right behind the new Enerbase gas station (Methodist church sign). We have been working with Bismarck Sign to recognize our CMC state champions. Attached is the draft. The cost to make this sign and get it posted is $1200. We are excited to announce that Underwood School will be receiving a brand-new playground thanks to the incredible generosity of The American Legion in Washburn, who donated the full amount needed for this project! This playground will not only benefit our students, but also our entire community for years to come.

To prepare for the new installation taking place June 29–July 3, we are currently removing older and broken playground equipment. Once the unsafe equipment is removed, a small portion of the playground will remain available for use until installation begins at the end of June.

We are extremely grateful for the support of The American Legion and their investment in our students, families, and community. Thank you again for making this exciting project possible!
