Dear customers,
Per our By Laws and Mississippi State Law- you can NOT connect another house, trailer, camper, shop, etc.., that someone will be living in to your water connection. This has been a law since January 1999. In 1999, the customers that had more than one connection were identified and grandfathered in, as allowed by State law. Violations of this law, will result in termination of your water service and a fine will be assessed. Each residence must have their own water meter and sewage connection.

Cutoffs for past due balances will be Thursday morning, August 13, 2026. If you have not already paid your balance IN FULL, you can put them in any of our drop boxes BEFORE 9 am Thursday morning. *Just a reminder, the FULL BALANCE must be paid to avoid cutoff.* If you need to know your amount due, please call the office at 601-636-1098. Arrangements to pay your bill must be done before the service call for cutoff is made. If a cutoff notice is delivered to your residence, you will be charged a $60 reconnect fee.

Tuesday, June 30, 2026- Notice for customers who live on Funches Road, Drayton Road, Cosey Lane, Woodland Hills and Pinehaven Lane. We have two main waterline leaks that we will be repairing and expect to turn the water off around 8:00 a.m. Tuesday morning.
As soon as the leaks are repaired, water will be restored. You will not be under a boil water notice. We have notified customers this afternoon via phone to let you know. PLEASE make sure we have your current phone number.

Fisher Ferry Water will start our annual chlorine burn as required by the Ms. State Dept. Of Health, starting Tuesday, June 9, 2026. We will be draining our water tanks and flushing the waterlines to switch over our water from Monochloramines to Chlorine. This will take us all week and maybe into next week to completely turn the system over. We plan to stay on chlorine for June and July.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR WATER EVERY DAY for clarity over the next week, before using for drinking, cooking and washing clothes, especially white and light colored clothes. If discolored water is found, turn your COLD Water faucet on and let it run for a few minutes until clear. You ARE NOT UNDER A BOIL WATER NOTICE, the water is safe to drink.
