Join us for the next Homeschool Hangout this Wednesday, June 3rd, at 3:00-5:00 P.M. at the Waddington Library! There will be a few potential presentations about new and exciting technology and software, including a feature on how to use Libby, the Library App to check out e-Books and Audiobooks.
Additionally, our current LEGO Build Challenge, ‘How About those Household Appliances’ will end, and a winner will be chosen! Afterwards, a brand-new LEGO Build Challenge will begin.
Everything else in the library will also be available to use, so feel free to explore and have fun! See you then!

The Waddington Library will be offering tea, cookies, and other snacks and refreshments alongside an opportunity to bring in a piece of technology you have questions about – a phone, tablet, laptop, etc. – and we’ll be happy to help you learn more about it! This Tech-n’-Tea Time will be happening on Wednesday, June 3rd, at 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M.

Additionally, we will be debuting our brand-new course all about Libby the Library App! This wonderful application that can be downloaded on mobile devices, tablets, and laptops allows you to check out e-Books and Audiobooks for free. It will include everything you need to know about setting up an account, adding your library card, Libby's accessibility options, and so much more!

Tech-n'-Tea Time is completely free, and open to everyone!

This event will continue to be available each Wednesday and Friday at 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. See you then!

This event will feature various casual aerobics and workout videos, all hosted by Cathy and Anne-Marie. It will take place in our comfortable and temperature-controlled Community Room, completely free and open to everyone! See you then!

Come to the Ogdensburg Public Library on Wednesday, June 17 at 2:00 pm to learn from Alzheimer's Association Education presenters about Understanding Alzheimer's and Dementia. Alzheimer's is not a normal part of aging. It's a disease of the brain that causes problems with memory, thinking and behavior.

Stay for the 10 Warning Signs of Alzheimer's at 2:30 pm and learn what to watch for in yourself and others.

Join us at the Waddington Library this Saturday, May 30th, for our next Community Hangout!

The Hangout will begin at 10:00 A.M. and will officially conclude at Noon. In our cozy Library, there will be free snacks available, alongside our plethora of board games and puzzles, technologies such as the Meta Quest 3 VR Systems, Nintendo Switch, Button Maker, Blender, Tinkercad, and even more!

Additionally, our current LEGO Build Challenge, ‘How About those Household Appliances’ will end, and a winner will be chosen! Afterwards, a brand-new LEGO Build Challenge will begin!

There will also be a special tutorial for a few select board games if attendees are interested.

Everything else in the library will be available to use, and no registration or sign up is required, so feel free to explore and have fun! See you then!

The Waddington Library will be offering tea, cookies, and other snacks and refreshments alongside an opportunity to bring in a piece of technology you have questions about – a phone, tablet, laptop, etc. – and we’ll be happy to help you learn more about it!
This Tech-n’-Tea Time will be happening on Friday, May 29th, at 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M! Additionally, our next optional course will be all about ‘Managing Storage on Mobile Devices!’ We'll cover how it works, and provide some examples of what to do when your device sends messages about how you're running out of space!

Next week, we'll be offering a brand-new course all about Libby the Library App, and how to sign up for a library card from New York City to make use of all Libby has to offer!

This event will continue to be available each Wednesday and Friday at 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M! Let us know what you think, and we’ll see you then!
