🐝 Bee-utiful teamwork in action! 🐝

A big shout out to Roger from Franklin Honey Company, Inc. as well as Jessica Watson, for buzzing over to the Playground at the S.M. Lorusso Complex, to safely remove and relocate some unexpected visitors who had decided our play area was the perfect place to set up home!

Thanks to their expertise and care, the bees have been given a new place to thrive, and our little ones can continue to play safely.

We would also like to thank the community member that alerted our office and for the quick attention from Steve in our Parks Department and Mikayla from Walpole Recreation for coordinating the removal of the bees.

Please “bee” advised that the area is closed while the last few bees buzz away. 💛🐝

We will be extending our office hours to accommodate those looking to purchase seasonal pool tags before the pool season begins!

Wednesdays 6/3 and 6/10: 8am - 6pm
Saturday 6/6: 8am - 2pm
Saturday 6/13: 8am - 12pm

Please note: Seasonal pool tags will only be available for purchase in person at our office (Blackburn Hall, 30 Stone Street) and will not be available for purchase online or at the pools this summer.
