Today, we proudly celebrate Joy Lockner and her six-year anniversary with Taylor Fire Protection! When something needs an extra touch, extra attention, or simply needs to get done right, we all know who to call. If Joy is involved in any part of a project or task, you can count on it being handled with excellence, care, and commitment.
Most recently, Joy played a major role in our large software upgrade initiative. Through every challenge and long day, she stayed committed alongside her teammates, helping push the project across the finish line. Now that we're beginning to enjoy the benefits of that effort, we’re reminded just how important her dedication was to the success of the transition.
Beyond projects and processes, Joy’s impact is felt throughout our culture. The recent upgrades to our break room, now known as “Taylor Cafe,” have truly been a labor of love from her, reflecting the same care and thoughtfulness she brings to her teammates every day. She is always there for her team—dependable, encouraging, and willing to serve others however she can.
Six years with Joy have absolutely flown by, and we look forward to many more years of collaboration, leadership, and exemplary commitment. Her dedication to her church, her community, and especially her family is all part of what makes Joy such a blessing to everyone around her.
