Looking for a different kind of Chamber event? One with no name tags, no awkward icebreakers, and no forced networking?

If you're looking for real dialogue about what’s actually happening in business right now, you need to join us at Fattey Beer Co. on June 24th at 3:30pm for a laid-back afternoon of conversation, community, and perspective-sharing.

Our first topic, "New Faces of Leadership," will dive into how leadership is changing - from the rise of more authentic and adaptable management styles to the growing importance of diverse experiences, emotional intelligence, and workplace culture. Hear from the President of Otterbein University, Dr. John Comerford, who is navigating these shifts firsthand - then pull up a chair and join the discussion!

Your registration includes your first drink - beer, wine, cider or non-alcoholic. The conversation wraps at 5PM - stick around after if you want to connect!

Register Here: https://business.westervillechamber.com/events/details/business-on-tap-new-faces-of-leadership-14714 (Only $15 and includes your first drink!)

Special thanks to CME Federal Credit Union for being the Presenting Sponsorship of our first Business on Tap event!

Celebrate creativity, curiosity, and the entrepreneurial spirit with the Westerville Area Chamber, as we launch our inaugural Take Your Child to Work Day initiative! Join us for a fun, family-friendly event designed to inspire the next generation of innovators! Parents are encouraged to start the day by bringing their child to their workplace for a glimpse into the world of work, then join us at the Chamber office for a lively afternoon of hands-on activities.

Kids ages 5–14 will have the chance to explore the basics of starting their own business through interactive workshop stations focused on branding and design, business planning, money basics, and marketing their ideas. By the end of the experience, participants will leave with the beginnings of their very own Summer Startup — and the confidence to bring their ideas to life.

Families can also enjoy lunch from Tortilla Street Food Truck while connecting with other members of the community.

Whether your child dreams of running a lemonade stand, launching a pet-sitting service, or inventing something entirely new, this is the perfect place to spark their entrepreneurial imagination.

Join us for an afternoon of creativity, learning, and community as we celebrate Westerville’s future business leaders! 🚀

Join us for a timely and practical conversation featuring Rick Carfagna , Ohio Chamber of Commerce , as he shares insights into the key policy issues shaping Ohio’s business climate - and what they mean for employers right here in our region. Event will take place on Tuesday, June 9th from 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM at The Golf Club at Little Turtle .
