Windcrest Police, along with Windcrest Fire, and Windcrest Citizens Patrol; helped welcome back Windcrest Elementary students and parents for their first day of school. Windcrest Elementary is part of the Windcrest community family!

Today, the Windcrest Police Department and Windcrest Fire Department and Emergency Management provided a pizza lunch for the outstanding staff at Windcrest Elementary as we kick off another school year!

We are grateful for the dedication, hard work, and positive impact the teachers, administrators, and support staff have on our community's children each and every day. Strong schools help build a strong community, and we value the continued partnership between Windcrest Elementary and the City of Windcrest.

We wanted to inform the community of a following road closure today. The intersection of Spindrift and Vista Butte will be closed on the Spindrift side due to repairs needing to be made.
Please use caution in and around that area.

Lots of fun, laughs, and camaraderie this past Saturday as Windcrest Police and Fire completed in their annual bowling tournament. It was close, but WPD came away with the victory. Thank you to Astro Super Bowl for your awesome customer service and the welcomed hospitality.
