🧠🏈 BIG THINGS ARE HAPPENING AT ROOSEVELT! ❤️💙

Congratulations to Roosevelt educator Edgar Garza on receiving a $1,925 Student Impact Grant from the North East Educational Foundation for a Concussion Education Kit!

This hands on learning experience will help approximately 600 NEISD Sports Medicine students each year better understand concussion effects, recognize symptoms, and learn best practices for treatment and prevention. 🧠🩺

Our Roosevelt Sports Booster Club “Sausage Supper” brought the food, the fun, and plenty of laughs!

From games of “IYKYK” with our coaches and players to Coach Barnes taking a pie to the face to help raise funds for our athletic programs, it was definitely a night to remember!

A huge shoutout to our Roosevelt Science National Honor Society (SNHS) students for volunteering at Camelot Elementary’s Grandparents’ Day celebration! 💙❤️

Our Riders helped make their Toy Story-themed adventure extra special by supporting activities, families, and all the fun throughout the event. We love seeing our students give back and make a positive impact across our community!

JROTC UNDER THE FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS!

Our Roosevelt JROTC Battalion brought the spirit to Game 3!

Cadets were featured on KCWX Channel 2 as the Big Stick Flag Team and spent the night cheering on our Varsity Rough Riders to a WIN over John Jay! 📺
