Lesley Garza brings 17 years of experience in public education and a strong commitment to student success, academic excellence, and building positive school communities.
A graduate of Texas A&M International University, Ms. Garza earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree before obtaining her Master of Education in Administration from Lamar University. Throughout her career, she has served as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal, and principal.
Most recently, Ms. Garza served as Principal of Regency Place Elementary School and Alternative Elementary School. Prior to that, she served as Assistant Principal at Roan Forest Elementary School. Throughout her leadership journey, she has focused on strengthening instruction, fostering positive school cultures, and building meaningful partnerships with students, staff, families, and the community.

Egresada de Texas A&M International University, la Sra. Garza obtuvo una Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas y posteriormente una Maestría en Administración Educativa por Lamar University. A lo largo de su trayectoria profesional, se ha desempeñado como maestra, especialista de instrucción, subdirectora y directora.
Más recientemente, la Sra. Garza se desempeñó como directora de Regency Place Elementary School y Alternative Elementary School. Anteriormente, fue subdirectora de Roan Forest Elementary School. Durante su carrera en liderazgo educativo, se ha enfocado en fortalecer la enseñanza, promover una cultura escolar positiva y construir relaciones significativas con estudiantes, personal, familias y la comunidad.
