Founded in 1951, the Winterville Fire Department has changed from a small, rural based fire department to the second largest municipal fire department in Pitt County. We are made up of approximately 60 dedicated members; one full-time Chief, two part-time Fire Inspectors, five part-time Daytime Engineers, seven Junior Volunteer Firefighters, and 45 Volunteer Firefighters. strive to provide profess
