Robin Schwartz from the Worcester Consumer Rights Program joined Jeanne Foy (MASSPIRG Consumer Action Center) and Jen Koch (MetroWest Local Consumer Program) for an interview with Quincy Access Television during National Consumer Protection Week. They spoke about the latest scams and discussed the role of local consumer programs who work with and are funded by the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office.
