A unique learning experience for our Magnolia Middle School 8th graders today!

Students had the opportunity to participate in a Number Talk led by Governor Matt Meyer. With the help of Mr. Seal, students shared their thinking, explored different strategies, and showed that there’s more than one way to solve a problem!

It was especially exciting to showcase the academic growth Magnolia Middle School students have continued to make in mathematics over the past several years. 💙💛

Kaitlyn (Tipton) Esposito - Class of 2022
Kaitlyn Esposito is currently enjoying life as a stay-at-home mom. Since graduating, she is most proud of purchasing her own home, getting married, and becoming a mom. One of Kaitlyn’s most memorable experiences at Caesar Rodney was Sophomore Spanish with Mr. Rudis, a class and teacher who left a lasting impression on her.

Marisa Marts- Class of 2017
Marisa Marts is an Itinerant Elementary Music Teacher with Duval County Public Schools and a 2022 graduate of Jacksonville University, where she earned a degree in Music Performance with a focus on Flute Performance. She is proud of self-publishing a novella at 18 and earning her music degree while raising her two sons. Marisa credits her time at Caesar Rodney, especially studying with Mr. Sandlin and performing in All-State, Honor Band, and the Macy’s Great American Marching Band, with helping shape her passion and growth as a musician.

Victoria (Vaden) King- Class of 2008
Victoria (Vaden) King was one of the first YouTube Partners and now works as a Digital Media Specialist, combining her passion for storytelling with life on her family farm, where she helps care for nearly 300 animals while raising her three children. She is most proud of building an unconventional life that allows her to pursue her creativity, family, and passions. Victoria says the support and encouragement she received from Caesar Rodney teachers and staff helped her embrace creativity, individuality, and the confidence to forge her own path.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to address our transportation challenges. We work hard to ensure that our operations do not disrupt your households, and we apologize for the challenges this has caused.

Our CRSD team members are still working around the clock to ensure students are correctly programmed and connected to the transportation they need.

We also understand the frustration surrounding emails and phone calls that have not received a response. We hear you, and we are working to improve.

We laughed. We reunited. We celebrated. We got inspired. We made some noise. And we reminded ourselves exactly why we do what we do.
From the Rider Marching Band, our cheerleaders, old friends and new beginnings, our 2026-2027 school year kickoff brought the ENERGY!
And now… Tomorrow, the Riders return.
The classrooms are ready.
The staff is ready.
The energy is READY!

What’s for lunch?
Monthly breakfast and lunch menus are available online and can be found through our website. Be sure to check back each month for the latest menu!
And as we get ready for the first day, students can start practicing their lunch number on the keypad!
Returning CR students will use the same number they have used previously. Kindergarten students will be supported by their teachers and cafeteria staff as they learn their numbers.
A little practice now can make lunchtime a whole lot easier! 💙💛

The Caesar Rodney School District 2026 MLL Backpack Bus was on the move!

On August 19, the Backpack Bus visited W. Reily Brown Elementary, Postlethwait Middle School and the Barker’s Landing community, bringing school supplies, school information, light refreshments and plenty of smiles to our families.

Dozens of backpacks filled with school supplies were distributed to help our students start the school year ready to learn. 💙💛

A HUGE thank you to everyone who helped make this possible. We are so grateful for the time, support and community spirit that made it such a wonderful event!
