🎙️ Cyber Safety Talk Show

Our team was invited to contribute to the Cyber Safety Outreach Program of Samoa Police, Prisons & Corrections Services!

A great conversation guided by 👮‍♂️Fata Timothy Komiti of Samoa Police, to remind our community of the cyber threats out there, the work that all these organisations are doing in Samoa and in the Pacific region in uplifting cyber awareness, and the responsibility we all share in cyber safety.

Our team had the opportunity to provide a presentation to the Alafua Methodist Youth Group as a part of their regular Sunday programme

What we covered:
✅Online Cyber Hygiene
✅Cybersecurity vs Online Safety
✅Easy tips & tricks on responsible online behaviour
✅Who to contact when in need
✅Verify the news before sharing or posting online

We rounded it off with a Kahoot Quiz and gave away a few prizes for the top scorers! Furthermore, our older church members provided needed dialogue and testimonials to advise the youth in navigating themselves online and to improve the work our team does for our community.
