FAREWELL SERVICE OF LMS 2026 ENUMERATORS

On Friday 5th June 2026, Labour Market Survey (LMS) 2026 fieldwork has officially come to an end, so as the service of ten (10) enumerators who were selected for this particular survey.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Ministry of Commerce Industry of Commerce and Labour (MCIL) Afioga Fepuleai Roger Toleafoa and the Apprenticeship, Employment and Labour Market (AELM) division, would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation and a huge FAAMÀLÒ to all the dedicated enumerators for their commitment, time and effort in the collection of this crucial data for this important survey.

Also, a massive FAAFETAI TELE LAVA to all the participating corporations and businesses for your cooperation and for opening your doors for us.

This data is essential for the decision making of our government officials in the future, as well as the growth of Samoa’s workforce and economy.

Samoa is represented at the 114th Session of the International Labour Conference in Geneva (1–12 June 2026), with the Honourable Fata Ryan Schuster, Minister for Commerce, Industry and Labour, leading the tripartite delegation alongside Samoa's employer and worker social partners.
