The Samoa Ports Authority reminds all vessel owners, operators, skippers, and persons in charge that maintaining adequate and competent personnel onboard vessels within Apia Harbour is a mandatory safety requirement.

This notice reinforces emergency readiness, responsible vessel management, and a zero-tolerance approach to non-compliance to ensure the safety of lives, protection of the environment, and the security of our harbour.
