Lourier Park INFRASTRUCTURE BEFORE OCCUPATION:
Common Sense Must Prevail in Lourierpark

The DA in Mangaung has officially applied for leave to appeal in the Free State High Court regarding the Lourier Park housing development.

We want to make our position 100% clear: THE DA IS NOT AGAINST HOUSING DEVELOPMENT. 🏗️🏠

However, common sense and good governance must prevail! 💧⚡🛁

Moving residents into an area without first establishing basic infrastructure—such as clean running water, proper sanitation, and electricity, and roads—forces families to suffer under dignified hardship for extended periods while waiting on the municipality to supply services.
