Bellingen Neighbourhood Centre is a non-profit community organisation that works to

assist individuals, families and groups through the Bellingen Shire. Our services include:

- No Interest Loans
- Emergency Relief
- Information and referrals
- Use of phone and computer
- Photocopying, faxing and laminating
- Community groups
- Tax Help (July-Sept)

We auspice Bellingen Shire Youth Services and Bellingen Centrelink Agency.

Free Su***de Prevention Training



Opening conversations around su***de is vital to increase awareness and help prevent su***de in our communities – but knowing exactly how to do that can be daunting. Over 10 million Australian adults are estimated to know someone who has died by su***de. One in two young people are impacted by su***de by the time they turn 25 and 9 lives are lost by su***de every day.
The Wesley Lifeforce Su***de Prevention training educates people about su***de, challenging attitudes, teaching basic engagement and su***de intervention skills.
You will gain increased confidence in your ability to identify people who may be at risk of su***de, communicate appropriately, ask a person if they are considering su***de and conduct a su***de intervention.
