Here is a time lapse of Tristan and I getting a bent chassis back into line. To save all the heroes and questions I'll write a brief story of how we got to this point.
The cats name is Boof, he is the quality control officer. Yes, im on the phone a bit.
This track bin suffered a major failure in the last season with a bin tip cylinder mount breaking off, causing the chassis to be twisted, amongst other bent items. A repair was done by the owners to get it operational, and finished the season. Machine then got sold and came to us for repair.
Due to the chassis not being straight, when the bin tipped the front end would be about 125mm behind the rear, causing a huge load imbalance. We set up a laser to confirm a 70mm bend in chassis, anchored the Front RHS and rear LHS with excavators and lifted on the front LHS, checking the chassis level with every move. Once we got it to level, we tipped the bin to make sure everything was as it should be. After this it went into the workshop, anchored to the 450mm I beam we have in the concete floor, jacked to straight and plated to ensure it stays in place.

Another beautiful boat moved for Sailfish catamarans. We have been moving these larger catamarans for Darren and the team for a few years now, with this one requiring an es**rt so a film opportunity was taken. The steady hands of Ben Haynes making sure everything is spot on as always
