🌟 Friday Assembly Celebrations! 🌟

It was another wonderful assembly today, celebrating the achievements of our students and recognising their hard work, effort and positive choices. Congratulations to all of our award recipients — we are very proud of you! 💙💛

You may also notice a few children looking extra comfy in their PJs today after taking part in our Father’s Day Assembly! 😊

3/4B, 3/4H and 2/3G love Thursday sport!

Miss Geeves is our T-Ball expert, Mrs Hosie is the tennis guru and Miss Buerckner loves hockey at the gym.

It has been fantastic to see the students striking skills improve each week. We are excited to see what improvements can be made during the next few weeks.

Today, 5/6N collaborated in groups to estimate, measure and convert the lengths of various jumps using metres and centimetres. Students enthusiastically applied their math skills to real life activities.

SASS Appreciation Week! Today our AEO, Miss Richards, recieved a lovely surprise on her desk. Hand-made envelopes with a special letter and chocolate treat. Miss Richards, mandaang guwu, thank you for everything you do for our class and school.

🔨🌱🐸 Father’s Day STEM Fun! 🐐🧺

What a fantastic day we had celebrating Father’s Day with some hands-on STEM challenges! 💙

There was plenty of creativity, problem-solving and teamwork as our students and their special visitors designed and built:

🏠 Houses for the Three Little Pigs
🌱 Creations inspired by Jack and the Beanstalk
🐸 A frog catapult
🌉 A bridge for the Three Billy Goats Gruff
🧺 A basket for Little Red Riding Hood

A very special thank you to all of our dads, granddads, uncles and special people who joined us today. We know how busy life can be, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to come along, get involved and share these special moments with our students. 💙

The smiles on the children’s faces said it all! Thank you for helping make our Father’s Day celebration such a memorable one. 💙🔨✨
