Legal Aid NSW are back in the LWRS offices this Wednesday 26th August from 1:30pm to 5pm and are offering FREE help with housing, fines, NDIS, Centrelink, DCJ (formerly DOCS/FACS), family breakdown, care and protection, domestic and family violence, child support and much more!

Week 3 Chat & Chill Marang Dhali Womens Group 🌯🥧

Today we were lucky enough to have guest speaker Tenayah Kelly Project Officer for Diabetes Australia join our groups. The interactive and informative session was received well by all. Thank you so much Tenayah we all learnt a lot.

We followed the session with another health cooking experience. We made Mexican Chicken & Capsicum wraps, ham and vegetable slice and apple crumble. All 3 dishes had healthier alternatives to ensure you still get then taste but with a healthy twist.

Hope to see you all next week Thursday 27th Aug (day change) for our last session 10:30am at the Youth Centre.

Tuesday & Wednesday next week will be the Anger Management online sessions 10:30am-12pm at LWRS. All women welcome - come along - morning tea provided 🩷
