Lachlan Shire Library

Lachlan Shire Library Lachlan Shire Library provides a free library service to residents of the Lachlan Shire. However, due to Covid, these sessions are currently not on offer.

Condobolin is the central library with branches at Lake Cargelligo, Tottenham, and Burcher. The Library provides a number of services to the community, including Internet access, Wi-Fi access, Word processing, Photocopying and Scanning. We also encourage a love of books and reading to the junior members of the community by providing a Baby Rhyme Time every Wednesday and Friday at 9.30am and Story

Time and craft at 10.00am every Wednesday and Friday morning. We will advise you when they resume. We also provide two Broadband for Seniors Computer Kiosks for the senior members of the community. Training is also provided free of charge if needed. The Library also provides a Home Library Service to Lachlan Shire residents who are housebound and unable to attend the library. This service is provided fortnightly by volunteers.
