🌈 2027 Preschool – Registration & Enrolment Update 🌈

💙 4-Year-Old Preschool – Term 1, 2027
Enrolment offers have now been emailed to all families currently on our registration list.
Please keep an eye on your inbox and contact us if you have not received your offer letter.

If your child is eligible to start in Term one (turning four before May 1st, 2027) and you haven’t yet contacted us, please get in touch as soon as possible to ensure you don’t miss out on a place.

💛 4-Year-Old Preschool – Term 3, 2027 (Intake 2)
We are now accepting registrations for children who will turn four between May 1st and October 31st 2027.
If you haven’t already, please complete the 4-Year-Old Preschool Registration of Interest form and return it to us.

💚 3-Year-Old Preschool – 2027
If your child will turn three in 2027 and you would like them to participate in the Universal 3-Year-Old Preschool Program at Kadina Preschool Centre, please complete the 3-year-old Registration of Interest online or contact us at the Kindy.

📅 Families will be notified of the outcome of 3-year-old preschool registrations in October 2026.

✨ The Junk Man is Visiting Next Week! ✨

We're excited to welcome the Junk Man, who'll be arriving with a trailer full of amazing loose parts ready for us to explore, create, build, and imagine!

From unexpected treasures to unique materials, children will have the opportunity to experiment, problem-solve, and let their creativity shine through open-ended play.

We can't wait to see the incredible ideas and creations that come from this hands-on experience! 🌿🔩🪵🛞

Glenn the Junk Man will be visiting the Yambu group on Monday 27th July and Wardu group on Thursday 30th July

✨ Welcome Back to Kindy! ✨

We are so excited to welcome our children and families back for Term 3! 💛

Our learning spaces are ready, our educators can't wait to reconnect with familiar faces, and we're looking forward to welcoming some new children into our Kindy community.

Over the holidays, we've refreshed our environment to create an even more inviting space where children can explore, play, create, and develop a strong sense of belonging. We can't wait to see the curiosity, laughter, and learning that fills our days this term.

✨ Sparking curiosity through our learning environment ✨

We have recently made some thoughtful changes to our preschool learning environment to further promote children's curiosity, exploration, and inquiry.

Our spaces continue to offer more open-ended materials, flexible learning areas, and opportunities for children to investigate their own ideas. By creating environments that encourage wonder, problem-solving, creativity, and collaboration, we are supporting children to become confident and capable learners.
Whether exploring natural materials, engaging in hands-on experiences, constructing with loose parts, or sharing discoveries with friends, our children are encouraged to make meaningful connections with the world around them.

We can't wait to see the ideas and learning that emerges as our children continue to learn through play and inquiry.

A Big Thank You to Kadina Fruit Market!

We would like to extend a very big thank you to Kadina Fruit Market for their incredibly generous donation of a box of fresh fruit to our preschool centre. We are so grateful to have collaborated with such a supportive local business.

With this donation, the children were able to enjoy a variety of delicious and healthy afternoon snacks across multiple days. The experience also created wonderful opportunities for hands-on learning, as the children enthusiastically helped to prepare and cut up the fruit ready for eating.

We truly appreciate the kindness and generosity shown by Kadina Fruit Market and look forward to continuing this special community partnership. Thank you for supporting our children’s health, wellbeing, and learning!

Hot Cross Bun Fundraiser Delivery Day!
