π Last Saturday we enjoyed a cool afternoon playing Dungeons and Dragons.
πΈ On 'The Lady's" table 5 adventurers took up the challenge to find Baron Welshβs lost treasureβs where upon they were immediately shrunken down to fit the opening to a system of tunnels. The group survived roof collapse, and fought against large ants, huge exploding poisonous βshrooms and a pair of big bunnies. Sometimes size does matter! It was not all sparring though, along the way the group found an oversized strawberry to snack on and five wonderfully large gold coins. Plus they were rewarded with more gold and magical items upon there return. Saving rare Bronze Dragon eggβs can be a lucrative business! π°π°π°
πΉ Our other adventurers were asked to investigate a keep that was damaged by a pair of wrestling giants. Apparently, that happens! Climbing over the rubble was only easy for one party member, who could wildshape into a spider, the others did their best and eventually regrouped, some more bruised and embarrassed than others, in the central courtyard to find some of the buildings still intact. A long battle with gargoyles ensued, followed by a short battle with skeleton soldiers. The victory could have gone either way, however our adventurers managed to stay alive! Their spoils included some magical weapons and a place to call home! A renovators dream! π°
π As always, thank you to our amazing volunteer Dungeon Masters who never cease to entertain us!
