What a Camp!

Four of our Rosebank Public School students had an AWESOME time at the Lord’s Taverners Don Whitelaw Sport Camp 2026!

Two days packed with coaching clinics, team challenges, an overnight stay and plenty of fun!

One of the biggest highlights? Meeting Australian Olympic gold medallist Giaan Rooney! 🥇🤩 What an incredible experience and inspiration for our students.

A huge thank you to Lord’s Taverners, Corndale Public School and everyone who made this fantastic opportunity possible. 💙

This week is SASS Recognition Week where we acknowledge and thank our School Administration and Support Staff (SASS) for the amazing work that they do each and every day at Rosebank Public School.

Our school simply would not function without the work of our SAS staff and we are so lucky to have the “best of the best” working at our school!

Important Update – Works Cancelled

Due to the ongoing wet weather, the planned removal of the school demountable and shipping container on Tuesday, 18 August has been cancelled.

We will keep our school community informed and provide an updated date as soon as further information becomes available.

Important Update for the Rosebank Community

The removal of the school demountable and shipping container, originally scheduled for 22 July but postponed due to wet weather, has been rescheduled.

New date: Tuesday, 18 August
Traffic control: From 6:00 am
Crane arrival: 6:30 am onwards

Traffic control will be in place outside the school as the demountable and shipping container are lifted and loaded for transport. Please allow extra travel time as there may be delays and disruptions in the area.

We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.

Public Education Week 2026 | Inspiring Excellence

During Public Education Week, Rosebank Public School recognised the students, staff and families who make our school a vibrant, connected learning community.

Our student-led conferences were a wonderful example of public education in action. They gave our students the opportunity to take ownership of their learning, proudly share their achievements and progress, and reflect on where they would like to grow next. Most importantly, they brought students, teachers and families together as genuine partners in learning.

At Rosebank Public School, we are committed to providing an inclusive, supportive environment where every child is encouraged to learn, grow and achieve their potential. We are proud of the curiosity, confidence and enthusiasm our students bring to their learning each day, and grateful to the dedicated staff and families who support them along the way.

🎉 What a fantastic day at Rosebank Public School!

A huge thank you to Christine, Ayrica, and our Year 6 leaders for a delicious lunch and everyone who supported the Year 6 fundraiser today. 🌟

To make the day even more special, we also celebrated one of our students’ birthdays. 🥳 We hope you had a wonderful day filled with lots of smiles and happy memories.
