We had a wonderful visit from Warren Central School Kinder/Year 1 this morning for Storytime. 📖

Our theme today was animals and we read "The Di**le Dangle Jungle" By Mark Carthew followed with "Who is at the Zoo?" by Sharon J Boyce, two very entertaining books as we could clearly hear the laughter from the children.

After our stories we had a pretty cool craft to complete. Kinder/Year 1 completed a little animal head using incredible sewing skills, we were so impressed!

1000 Books Before School is a free early literacy program to help build children's literacy skills for a great start to school. 🏫
It's as simple as it sounds: read three books a day and finish in less than a year, read one book a day and finish in less than three years. 📚
This can be favourite books read over and over; books read at Storytimes at the Library or Preschool or Talking books/Wonder books; or our fabulous StoryBox Library available on Web or app. ⭐️
