We actively monitor our social media channels during business hours, and may also keep you informed of events, news and activities after hours and on weekends via scheduled posts. August 2026 Council Meeting Highlights Are Now Live

Council’s August 2026 Ordinary Meeting included decisions and updates supporting local services, infrastructure and the wider Warren Shire community.

Highlights include:
- Kerbside recycling rollout underway
- Warren Town Levee Rehabilitation Project nearing completion
- $3,000 contribution towards the Dusty Langby Little Wings Walk for traffic control costs
- Additional funding for Regional Roads bridge maintenance
- Increased Financial Assistance Grant allocation
- Roads maintenance and rehabilitation updates

There are two important dates to pop in your diary as we prepare to launch Warren Shire's first-ever kerbside recycling service.

Friday 11 September 2026
Yellow-lid recycling bin deliveries begin for eligible households and businesses.

Wednesday 7 October 2026
Fortnightly kerbside recycling collections commence.

Over the coming weeks we'll be sharing everything you need to know before your first collection, including recycling tips, collection information and our new Kerbside Recycling Hub.
