❓ Will Ashcroft-linked entities profit?

🔥 THE 4.2-YEAR PROMISE DOESN'T ADD UP. 🔥

BTL says buying SMART will "pay for itself" in 4.2 years using SMART’s earnings.

Ask yourself the simple question:

If SMART is a goldmine that can hand over $80 MILLION in cash profits in just 4 years... why are its private owners so eager to sell it? 🤔

No private investor sells a cash cow unless they see trouble ahead.

Here is what is REALLY happening:

1️⃣ Passing the Risk: Telecommunications is getting expensive. Upgrading to 5G and competing with satellite internet requires massive investments. Instead of spending their own money to keep up, SMART’s private owners get a risk-free $80M cash-out.

2️⃣ Public Risk, Private Gain: BTL (a state-owned company for the people) takes on $70 Million in debt notes. If the market shifts or customer revenues drop, BTL and the public are left holding the bag.

3️⃣ Lost Public Reinvestment: That $80M should be going toward lower data prices for Belizeans, faster internet, and upgrading BTL’s own network NOT paying off a private competitor.

PLAN B IS SIMPLE: LET COMPETITION WORK! 💪

Don't buy out the competition with public capital. Let BTL invest in its own network, out-compete SMART naturally, and keep prices fair for all Belizeans!
