It's inspiring to see Indigenous-led clean energy projects continuing to gain momentum across Saskatchewan.

The Saskatchewan Indigenous Clean Energy Initiative (SICEI) has now supported 57 projects in more than 33 communities, helping First Nations strengthen local capacity, advance renewable energy projects, and create long-term economic opportunities. These investments are helping move projects from concept to reality while supporting community ownership, employment, and energy resilience.

FNPA celebrates the leadership of the communities, partners, and organizations making this progress possible. Together, we're building a future where Indigenous Peoples are not only participating in Canada's clean energy transition but leading it.
