These are the top three items on our Wednesday wishlist:

• Canned fruits
• Canned vegetables
• Pasta sauce

Canned fruits and canned vegetables are particularly important, as we receive limited donations of fresh produce. They provide a vital source of vitamins and nutrition for individuals and families relying on our programs.

Pasta sauce is another high-need item, as it is included in hundreds of emergency food hampers each month, helping us create simple, nourishing meals for those facing food insecurity. Please consider donating!

These are the faces behind our success.

In FY2025, an incredible 487 volunteers dedicated their time through 2,550 volunteer shifts. Together, they helped process more than 95,000 kg of fresh fruits and vegetables, prepared over 38,000 sandwiches, and made 13,500 bowls of soup for people in our community.

Those numbers are remarkable, but what they truly represent are thousands of acts of kindness, compassion, and hope.

To every volunteer who has given their time, energy, and heart to the RFDA: thank you. Your commitment to our mission makes everything we do possible. Please join us in celebrating these incredible individuals who make a lasting difference every single day.

Natalie stopped by RFDA with an incredibly thoughtful donation of 12+ packs of baby-formulated liquid diet, a much-needed item that makes a huge difference for families in our community.

Baby formula is one of the essential items we don’t receive enough of, and we are truly grateful for community members like Natalie who recognize these needs and step up to help. We’ll make sure your generous donation reaches parents and little ones in our community.
