Consular Corps Association in Toronto (CCAT) merupakan organisasi korps diplomatik di Toronto yang rutin menyelenggarakan pertemuan antar anggotanya, salah satunya melalui kegiatan CCAT Luncheon.
Pada tanggal 22 Juni 2026, Konjen RI Toronto, Vevie Damayanti, menghadiri kegiatan CCAT Luncheon dan bertemu dengan Hon. Vic Fedeli, Menteri Pembangunan Ekonomi, Penciptaan Lapangan Kerja, dan Perdagangan Ontario, sebagai tamu kehormatan sekaligus pembicara pada pertemuan tersebut. Dalam presentasinya, Menteri Fedeli menekankan pentingnya kerja sama internasional di tengah ketidakpastian ekonomi global yang masih berlangsung.
Hal ini sejalan dengan pentingnya perjanjian Indonesia-Canada Comprehensive Economic Partnerhip Agreement (ICA-CEPA) yang diharapkan dalam diimplementasikan secara penuh pada akhir tahun ini.

On 22 June 2026, Consul General of the Republic of Indonesia in Toronto, Vevie Damayanti, attended the CCAT Luncheon and met with the Hon. Vic Fedeli, Ontario’s Minister of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade, who served as the guest of honour and keynote speaker at the event. In his presentation, Minister Fedeli emphasized the importance of international cooperation amid ongoing global economic uncertainty.
This message resonates with the significance of the Indonesia–Canada Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (ICA-CEPA), which is expected to be fully implemented by the end of this year.
The Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia in Toronto remains committed to strengthening economic partnerships and fostering closer ties between Indonesia and Canada.
