For more than 30 years, Laura has dedicated herself to the growth of volleyball in Ontario through her outstanding volunteer service, leadership, and mentorship. As a founding member of the KW Predators Volleyball Club, she has played a pivotal role in building opportunities for thousands of young athletes and families throughout the Waterloo Region. Through her work as Youth League Coordinator, coach, mentor, and community leader, Laura has helped athletes develop not only volleyball skills, but also confidence, resilience, and teamwork. Her lifelong commitment to creating positive experiences for others and strengthening the volleyball community embodies the spirit of the Doug Robbie Volunteer of the Year Award.
