Black Seniors Support We support black seniors through digital literacy training. We Document the stories and experiences of Black seniors to preserve their cultural heritage.

We are a team of change-makers who believe that every helping hand can empower Black seniors to live their best lives, contributing to their communities and inspiring future generations. We provide training on how to use technology, such as smartphones, tablets, and computers, to access information and connect with others. Online Social Platforms: We encourage Black seniors to use social media and other online platforms to stay connected with friends and family

We support with history projects. We support with cultural arts programs. We support programs that promote Black arts, music, and dance.

We had a splendid time on Saturday! The event included an informative session on eye care as it relates to aging, followed by a Q&A session, facilitated by Dr Sandra Aigbe (O. D, MNOA).
Afterwards, Suni Matthews led us through a series of aerobic exercises. It was a refreshing time indeed!

5:30 - Lecture on Optical Care for Seniors
6:10 - Questions and Answers
6:30 - Dancing Fitness Exercise
7:30 - Refreshment, Discussions & Announcements
8pm - Closing

REGISTRATION starts on Saturday September 12 & closes on Saturday September 19.
