🌍 Tallinn Migration Centre is developing a new cultural mediation service!
The first training for future cultural mediators will take place this September. 🎓

📅 Apply by 10 August
🗣️ Interviews: 12, 14 and 19 August

Funded by the ESF+ project “Development and implementation of social services supporting the integration and adaptation of immigrants in the City of Tallinn"

🗣️Could you become a cultural mediator?

Tallinn Migration Centre, in collaboration with Progetto Integrazione Cooperativa Sociale ONLUS and with the support of ESF+ funding, is developing a cultural mediation service in Tallinn.

Cultural mediation goes beyond translating words. A cultural mediator helps people understand each other’s perspectives and context. They support communication in situations where language barriers, cultural differences or unfamiliar systems may lead to misunderstanding or make it harder to access services.

The first cultural mediation training will take place in September 2026.

📅 Application deadline: 10 August 2026

🚨 Human trafficking and labour exploitation can happen anywhere—including in everyday workplaces.

Knowing the warning signs and where to seek help can make a real difference. Read and share this important information to help raise awareness and protect those who may be at risk.

💙 Learn more about your rights and available support: https://rights.justdigi.ee/en

❗ How to recognise human trafficing and labour exploitation?

Human trafficking is not only about crossing borders illegally or being sold. It can also involve labour or sexual exploitation.

It often starts with false promises or misleading information, followed by pressure or threats.

Foreign workers can be particularly vulnerable to labour exploitation. Knowing your rights and where to seek help can make a difference.

Labour exploitation is not a distant problem. It can happen in our own neighbourhoods, on construction sites, in agriculture or other workplaces.

👉You don't have to solve the situation yourself. If something seems suspicious - for example, workers are living in poor conditions or working excessively long hours - report it to the police or the Social Insurance Board.

❗ More information: https://rights.justdigi.ee/en
Human trafficking prevention and victim support helpline: +372 660 7320

💡 Sharing this information could help someone recognise exploitation and get help in time.

In Estonia, people whose rights have been violated can access free counselling, support and protection when needed. The campaign is co funded by the European Union Internal Security Fund.
