Last Friday, we were delighted to welcome author Rhiannon Oliver ('Fresh' - Firefly Press) to Central Library Hub for a special visit with pupils from St Mary the Virgin C.I.W. Primary School.

The session was full of creativity and inspiration, with Rhiannon leading engaging activities that got everyone thinking, writing, and enjoying stories together. It was wonderful to see such enthusiasm and imagination from all the children involved!

We were also thrilled that Rhiannon took her place on our Children’s Library Wall, joining her illustrator Chris Riddell, a fantastic addition celebrating the brilliant talent behind their work.

A big thank you to Rhiannon, the staff, and the pupils for making it such a memorable visit!
